Privacy policy
Last updated: November 7, 2026
This policy explains what personal data CellQuest collects, why, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- Account data: your email address and, if you add it, your name.
- Learning data: lessons completed, scores, XP and streaks, so you can continue on any device.
- Campaign source: the ad or link that brought you to the site (for example utm_source or a click ID), stored with your account to understand which marketing works.
- Subscription data: your plan, its status and renewal dates. Card details are handled by our payment provider and never reach us.
- Usage data (with your consent): pages visited and actions such as starting a lesson or checkout, via Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel.
Why we use it
- To provide your account, save your progress and give Premium subscribers access.
- To send you emails about your account and, if you've joined our list, about new courses. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- With your consent, to measure and improve our website and our advertising.
Cookies
Essential cookies keep you signed in. Analytics and advertising cookies (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel) are only set if you choose “Accept all” in the cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time with “Cookie settings” in the footer.
Who processes your data
- Supabase: account sign-in and database.
- Vercel: website hosting.
- Lemon Squeezy: payments, as merchant of record; their own privacy policy applies to checkout.
- Google (Analytics) and Meta (Pixel): analytics and advertising, only with your consent.
How long we keep it
We keep your data while you have an account. When you delete your account, your profile and progress are deleted. Payment records are kept by Lemon Squeezy as required by tax law.
Your rights
You can see and change your details on your account page, and delete your account there at any time. For a copy of your data or any other privacy request, contact us by replying to any email from CellQuest. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
