If Premium isn't right for you, ask for a refund within 14 days of your first payment and we'll refund it in full, no questions asked. Contact us by replying to any email from CellQuest with the email address you signed up with.

Renewals

Renewal payments aren't refundable, but you can cancel anytime under “Manage billing” on your account page so you're not charged again. You keep Premium until the end of the period you've paid for.

How refunds are paid

Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record. Refunds go back to your original payment method and usually appear within 5–10 business days. Your local consumer law may give you additional rights, which this policy doesn't limit.
